Hi, I’m Essence Sutherland, the proud founder of Essellence Business Solutions (EBS).

Throughout my career, I’ve supported solo entrepreneurs, small business owners, executive leaders, and HR departments within mid-sized companies. One consistent thread I observed: there’s always more work than hands to do it. Whether it’s a one-person operation or a growing team, the demands of running a business from client service to internal operations can quickly become overwhelming.

Small business owners often find themselves juggling service delivery, overhead, and administrative tasks, while mid-sized companies struggle to manage growing responsibilities with limited infrastructure. As businesses scale, so does the need for stronger systems, streamlined processes, and reliable support.

 

This realization, combined with my lifelong passion for entrepreneurship and desire to create meaningful impact, led to the birth of EBS.
